STILL Waiting Package to be cleared

I ordered a package from Singapore which arrived in the country on the 17th September 2017 according to the tracker, however i am STILL waiting to received the converted SA Tracking number! I have had NO luck calling any of the phone numbers and Cape Town's Mail Hub says they can see it has been received in Joburg but there has been no updates! What is happening! The order is for work and I cannot seem to get anyone to give me any answers! Terrible service!
