Still waiting on International Parcel

<p>My parcel has been at the JHB International Mail Hub since 23 February. I have tried for 3 days in a row to phone all the numbers I can find online for the Mail Hub, but nobody ever answers the call. Each time i am eventually cut off. All I want to know is when I can expect my parcel to move and be on it's way to me? Why is it taking so long to process? The longer it stays there, the higher the chance of it disappearing. Very dissapointing service indeed.</p>
