Still waiting on Delivery

Good Day. I am still waiting on delivery of my parcel that is stuck at Witpos Hub since Monday 10 May. On numerous times I phoned the Witpos Hub to find out about my parcel and they said it would be here by the 12 of May 2015. Ivam still waiting. I tracked it on the post office domestic track and trace on Monday it was scanned at 09:01 but now it shows it was only scanned at 22:34 on the 11 of May 2015. PA***ZA that is my parcel number. I even asked if I can collect my parcel from Witpos and received the answer that I will have my parcel soon. I still don't have my parcel.
