Still waiting for three packages from September

I've made numerous calls and send numerous emails to SAPO with not a single person responding. So on Monday I have no choice but to take legal action. I am still waiting from 3 package that was mailed to me last year in September. Two from the USA and one from Johannesburg. Everything before and after September has arrived. The odds of all my packages from September not arriving is very suspect. One has to consider that some of the delivery vans were burned down by striking employees. One has can also consider that there were numerous reports of people walking in and out of the hub with no access control. My 3 packages have a combined value of R3700. I want feedback. I have the right to feedback from SAPO. Is there still a backlog of packages from September? I would like someone to get back to me regarding this, or I want my R3700 back. Done playing games with these jokers.
