Still waiting for parcel since 10 September 2014

Why would my parcel (II***ZA) be sent for re-assessment four months after it had been assessed and I should have received it long ago? I wonder if it has anything to do with my complaints? Are all parcels now being re-assessed? An investigation is required into why a re-assessment is done four months after initial assessment and also after several complaints against SA post office regarding failure to deliver the parcel. In any case, I just need my parcel and it is now March 2015, still no update on the parcel. The parcel contained gifts for my new born which i would now no longer be able to use as the baby is now turning 7 months already. thanks to SA post office. Who ever is reading this I hope you are a parent and understand what it feels like to be disappointed in this manner (or have siblings or would be a parent one day to understand this). SA post office has not only disappointed/failed me but has done so to an innocent child as well.
