STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL

my Parcel has been in the country since 12/01/2019 and has still not been delivered. when calling nobody ever answers. Sloan post office cannot give me my SA tracking number because of some systems where they refer you to another number surely it's the same system. why must one complain first before they will do anything, this is unacceptable....
