still waiting for a parcel

this parcel was last scanned on 07/08, its been 13 days, and haven't received it. worst of all, no response from the post office, their sms service says there is no such a parcel on record, but on website, it appears. called 3 times, no answer, just holding for almost 10 minutes. sent an email, still no response.
