STILL Waiting for a package

Hello,<br> <br> I have been waiting for a parcel that I ordered from the United States for over three months. Having tracked the package, It says it has been held by Customs since 25 November. I have endeavored on numerous occasions to try and find out where it is so that I can go and collect it.<br> <br> However, nobody at the Post Office 'help line' can give me any sort of assistance and come across as grossly ***********, a trait that I have encountered frequently when dealing with any Post Office officials of late. I get put through to a line that seems to just ring and ring for hours, as if their is nobody there
