Still waiting after 4 months

My experience with the SA Post Office has been nothing but shocking!

I placed an order on April 11th, and to date I have not received my parcels (except for one of them, which I was then charged more than double the worth of the item to collect it?) I have tried calling the multiple numbers given to me by the Post Office to try and track my parcels, or at least get the SA tracking numbers.

I call every day, and if I am lucky enough to have someone answer my call and not just get rudely cut off, I get incompetence.

No one can tell me where my parcels are, what I can try do to get hold of them, absolutely nothing!

I go into my local post office weekly in the hopes that they can assist me, but to no avail. I have emailed (several times) and not even a response to say they can not assist.

It is getting extremely frustrating trying to find out where my belongings are and to top it off I get rude service from the employees.

Please can someone assist me?
