Still no refund after three weeks... SAPO MVL nightmare

This service is not what you would expect for an online vehicle license renewal platform. Firstly after registering and completing all the steps, you have to make a payment. You then need to upload certified copies of your documents. So the problem here is, when you renew the vehicle license at a Post Office, they don't require certified documents, only your ID. The frustrating part is that it is not as convenient as they promise it to be as you now need to makes copies and certify them at your closest police station. There is nothing easy or convenient about this.

I then requested a refund as I went to the Post Office to renew the license, which literally took me 10 mins with much less hassle. The refund document was completed and returned to the email address provided. It has now been 3 weeks and no refund. No feedback. I have left queries and complaints on the website but no one seems to be actioning this refund.

Save yourself the trouble of even registering on SAPO MVL as they are not geared for this service at all. Rather make use of your banking channels or even go in to the Post Office yourself.
