Still no parcel

According to the track and trace web page my parcel (pe***za) was sent to Tswane hub on the 21/08/2015. Included in my parcel is a book I ordered a book to help my students with their Grade 12 exams. I expected it before the preliminary exams but missed that. tried calling the call centre but can't get through. communication regarding the matter will be appreciated.
