Still No Parcel

So another month has come and gone and yet my parcel has not come. I ordered an item from the USA (tracking number LN***US) on the 2nd of April 2015 and the SA Post Office has sill not delivered my parcel. It is nearly FIVE months now and all they can say is it is not on their system and I have to contact the sender to lodge a search for it. Contacting the seller helps naught as the parcel is in South Africa, where they have no control. We should not have to pay the SA Post Office anything when collecting items they cannot deliver on time. So much for their completely untrue slogan of \We deliver whatever it takes". I do not see any deliveries happening! Why do we still have a Post Office? It has already been run into the ground. Just sell it to a private company so we can actually have our parcels delivered."""
