still no parcel
MY parcels LK***US and A***CB have still not arrived you say these are not tracking NO then how could i trace the US one all the way to South africa then it just goes missing. Is SA post office on a go slow or just not doing there job?Dont tell me to contact your service center as that is a wast of time as no one picks up the phone or responds to my mails, just useless!

We are unable to find any information on LK***US , it is not a tracking number but a customs number and such items are not always recordable .A***CB is incorrect . The tracking barcode consits of 13 alpha numeric digits, starting with two letters followed by nine nimbers and ends with two letters.
