Still no help from the post office!!!
I don't know what to do with getting my packages. I have tried to phone(which is completely a wast of time).
I've emailed customer services till I'm blue in the face and the only response I get is \We are still unable to find records on this number ".

So INVESTIGATE IT. I supply my address and tracking numbers by email. Then it takes 2 weeks to get the same reply. I have had my package resent and it got lost again. I'm so frustrated because I just get so little response.

It's been since September that I have been waiting. If they could admit they lost the packages that would be a start."""

24 Feb 2015, 15:21Hello OpticFusion,
Thank you for your comment.
Numerous attempt have been made to locate your mail and as previously advised the numbers provided do not serve a tracking numbers but customs numbers and our tracking system does not make provision to trace such items except for when there are duties to be paid on them. It is clear that the items in questions are not on our delivery network and since the service used to send them does not include tracking it is not possible for us to initiate an investigation from our side as we do not have proof records of them ariving in the country..
It is unfortunate that these items were not registered and since the service that has been used to send theml does not include online tracking we are unable to see any updates on our website. With that said, to enable enquiries to commence into this matter we require the sender to log an investigation via the originating postal administration who will then liaise with the South African Post throughout the investigation.
Thanks and regards,
Customer Service
