Still no deliver or feedback

I ordered an item from overseas 3 mths ago. It arrived in Johannesburg hub on the 10th of October already. Until now I still haven't received it or had any feedback as to why I have not received it or any update for 5hat matter. I've mailed and phoned. The phone just rings, it's never answered and via mail no one responds
