Still awaiting for my parcel that arrived and is at customs

I purchase an Item on Wish website an item .It took not even 5 days from Hong Kong to South Africa.What makes me angry my purchase is now nearly 8 days at customs .All the documents is with the purchase, The invoice and details of transactions.I previously also have lost a lot of purchase I bought.The tracking system shows it Arrived at South Africa but then it never Been delivered to me.
