Stay away. Minus stars if I could.

I wish I could do minus stars. My parcel cleared customs on the 4th of Aug. According to customs its left and according to the post office it is still there. For almost 10days no one can give me an answer. Emails are not responded to. Phone calls get cut off. Never ever use the post office. Also the customer service number isn't toll free and has ended up costing me a small fortune.
