Standard bank and Post office Victoria West is so useless!!!!

My postbank card got swallowed at Standard bank due to loadshedding and I didn't withdraw my sassa grant,Now they don't want to give it back and at Victoria West Post office that white lady keep telling me to go and get it back at Standard bank because she's to stupid to give people other cards. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm disappointed in Standard bank Victoria West and the Post office Victoria West.I will definitely change my Standard bank account to FNB.
