Attitude of Fanie,one of the staff is shocking towards customers. I lost my kyes. Asked him if I can get another key. . In a rude way he said no without reason. Asked him several times. He refused. After 10 min he took a book to write my name down.Also refused to help me when I asked if he could just take it out for me.<br> The next day I went back. The shop was left unattended for more than 45 min and customers was waiting inside. I phoned the regional manager Mr Prince to tell him about the incident. Mr Prince took Fanie's side and said he was in the toilet.(45min?) Mr Prince wasn't friendly towards me. Told him Ill take it to the newspapers and he then told me to go ahead. The following day the post office phoned me to come collect my post that Mr Prince took out. The important documents I was waiting for was missing witch was most important my payslip. A week later I went back to ask Fanie in a nice way if he cant get my post for me. He just said no hes not allowed. I told them I'm not paying because I'm closing the post box. The lady behind me said hes the rudest person shes ever met.
