STAFF IS LAZY

<p>Good day hellopeter.com I have visited Marble Ray post office Newlands west on 2 occasions, being a working person, i asked to leave work a little early, their closing times displayed a 5 oclock during the week and 12 oclock on Saturdays, to my surprised on the first occasion I arrived at their door at 16:57, to my surprise they were closed already, but the door not totally shut, when I tried to go in I was stopped by one of the staff members who was coming from on of the shops in the centre, I'd assume he went to do his groceries during working ours since he had a grocery bag, since no one takes lunch so late, He said it was closed, I showed him the time on my watch, and then he said they use computer times, I asked him to show me computer time, he said all of them are logged off already at 16:57. On the second occasion I arrived at the centre at 16:55 I parked the car and rushed, they were already closed, and locked, I got at the door at 16:58, a few minutes after that all the staff came out it was 17:02, I spoke to a lady, she calls herself the manager, she says its closed, I question the time, she couldn't answer most of my questions, I asked to take her phone and check the time, since she says my time is wrong, it was then 17:04 the same on mine, and she also makes an excuse of tellers having to balance, i asked on average how much time does it take an individual teller to balance, her answer was "i don't know", having experience with banking, and balancing etc it takes the quickest teller about 10 min, that is balancing, printing recon, putting money away, locking in safe, and logging off, if they closed at 5 exactly and 2 mins later they all out, it means all of them were closed 5 or ten minutes before time, I question that too, How is it possible that if you close at 5after closing that is when the last teller should balance, how can it be that that person takes less than 2 minutes to balance, print recon and pack their cash, since all of them out by 5:02, is 5 oclock their time to go home or time to close for customers, in human nature, no human can round off in less than 2minutes, this clearly shows that they were closed even long before I came, for them to be done and out at 5:02, I am very agitated that I have to go there again. Pathetic service from all of them, especially the manager, she has no integrity, she is not fit at all to be a manager, she things about herself instead of the people, How someone like this lead the team, her staff member do not hear from her, they tell her what to do, if she is afraid of her staff she should find another job, not a leading position.</p>
