Staff go above and beyond call of duty

<p>A query to customer services at SAPO about a missing parcel from Germany pointed me to go to Randburg Post Office. This parcel had been sent wrongly to Randburg Post Office instead of Northriding Post Office. Went there but due to missing paper work yesterday the parcel could not be found. I had to leave very disapointed as this parcel had my 60th birthday present to myself. This morning I received a phone call from the lady at the parcel counter. She had gone through all the paperwork again and found the parcel. She then looked up the records of my PO Box and obtained my phone number to contact me. Went back to Randburg PO and I now have the parcel. My thanks to the lady at the parcels counter (counter 7) for her dedication and preseverence to resolve my problem, it really was above and beyond the call of duty and totally unexpected..</p>
