Staff are miserable and horrible to customers

To whom this may concern, my experience at this post office was of a low standard. I think you should get more friendly staff at this branch. Many people that use this post office have also shared their experiences with me and we can all agree that the staff at this branch really do not enjoy working at this branch and are rude to customers, do not greet customers and act as if they are doing us customers a favour.
