This business is so *********** and unbelievable extremely disappointing . On 19 December 2023 I placed a order for blood glucose vitamins at Aliexpress in China for R200 , eventually end of March I received a notification that my parcel is at the post office and that I need to pay R799.60 , I complained and showed them that the import tax is wrong, the man behind the counter agreed and said it was a mistake and said that they need to send it back to get the right amount, after 3 weeks I went back to ask about my parcel and it was still at the post office and they still waiting for a reply on e mail, another 3 weeks and I received another notice and the same amount. This is so unfair that there no more pride and the staff is unable to help, I paid for the parcel and now its too expensive to collect it . I decided to write a email to the Post office complaint department 3 weeks ago and answer and of course this is not a surprise to me. And even this complaint will fall on deaf ears, NO ONE CARES ANYMORE !!!! PEOPLE BEING EMPLOYED THAT CANNOT EVEN WORK OUT IMPORT TAX and they just guess amounts .... SAD !!Sad!!!!!
