SPO Has Terrible Service

I have one parcel waiting at Durmail (tracking number SY***, ) with no feedback. The App I purchased the goods from has alerted me that the items have been in ZAF Hub since 06/06/2020. This tracking information coming from China, and is more accurate and helpful than my own country! A month later and SA cannot even log this or send an SMS that it has been received???? I have tried calling the post office and Durmail as well as sending emails, but all are unanswered. These are brides**** dresses for my wedding and I will be highly upset if this report (my last resort in getting answers) fails as well!
