Speedy Services not so speedy but rather slower

I went to the branch to request Speed Service, I paid for the envelope and the service and left my parcel to be sent to Pretoria from Ventersburg , on Friday , these guys kept my parcel there and I went to check on the delivery the following week and in Wednesday it had not left the premises . I requested help on Twitter and was left unanswered there and in the DMs till today I didnt get a service , I had to take it from them and use another courier that delivered it the next day . Slow is an understatement.
