Speedservices not delivering

On 11 June 2020 I handed a parcel in at the Karenpark Post Office to be delivered via Speedservices to Kraaifontein, Cape Town. Waybill no TC***ZA. It is now 3 July 2020 and the parcel is not yet delivered. I paid more than R300 for the "COURIER SERVICE" . I could not establish any contact with the call centre on 086-023-133 and neither did a email on 1 July 2020 get any response. Is the SA Post Office allowed to act without any responsibility to its client??
