SPEED SERVICES TAKING MORE THAN 3 DAYS

we posted document on the 04/08/2015 at pretoria post office using speed service to polokwane and i was told that i will get it the following day, i went to the post office on 05/08/2015 12:00 the parcel was not there the consulted told me that the will receive it before the end of the day i must keep on checking then i went back at 4:00 still my parcel was not there and they told me that the parcel is in polokwane hub i must come in the morning on 06/08/2015. i went there in there morning again they said i must come at 12:00 when i get there they told me that i must come at 16:00 again and again i went at 16:00 they said they didnt receive any thing and they dont know when are they going to receive it, and they told me that the parcel is in jetpark johannesburg where else i was told on the 05/08/2015 that my parcel is in polokwane hub. what kind of speed service is this? till today my parcel is not there and the reason why i did a speed service is because i wanted to get it before friday, im so disapoited with our sa post office
