speed services - more like slow services or never

I am waiting for a parcel that was sent to me by speed services on 3 August'15, according to them it takes 48hours to reach destination, now I still have not received my parcel and no one is answering the phone, so it's no use trying to call and also send an email and still did not get any response, phoned SA post office call center to ask how to get hold of speed service as none of the contact methods on their website is working and got a very rude agent, after I had to hold the line for more than an hour. She eventually gave me another number to phone after being rude first, but that numbers not working either. If this is how they conduct business they must seriously just consider giving up because it the worst service ever, If I do not have my parcel by tomorrow I can tell you that I will log a complaint with the consumer protection as this is a service we paid for and did not receive any service it's unacceptable .
