Speed service? ? ? ? What does this acualty mean?

<p>I send a parcel via speed post 3 weeks ago. . . </p> <p>And the lady who were supposed to receive this pracel is still waiting for the parcel and the only message she get trying to find out were her parcel is was " in transit". When I was trying to track the parcel this was the only message I also get. How is it possible for a speed post parcel to take 3 weeks and still not be delivered?</p>
