Speed service sucks

I am very disappointed with the speed services, I posted a parcel on Friday morning and I was promised that the parcel can be collected on Tuesday latest. On Tuesday, my parcel was still not collected by courier and I was told that parcels were only collected in the morning. The parcel is not even traceable. I paid for speed service but now I'm being treated as if I paid for normal service. I feel ****** by the post office.
