SPEED SERVICE PARCEL

Hi there,<br> <br> I had 2 parcells send from BETHLEHEM Freestate on the 5th of Feb 2015 with the guarantee that the receiver would have the parcels overnight.<br> <br> The receiver has just informed me that they only received 1 parcel this morning 9/02 TC***ZA - and that the second parcel TC***ZA is still missing!<br> <br> No one seems to be able to track the parcel and when you phone the call centre numbers u are placed on hold till an available operator comes available and they never do!<br> <br> I have paid a lot of money for an overnight service that I did not receive and I do expect some sort of reimbur*****t.<br> <br> Could someone please track the second parcel for me and let me know where it is and when the receiver will receive it as it was URGENT to begin with - TC ***ZA
