Good day<br> On 31 August 2015 i visited the athlone branch to send an urgent parcel to Okiep in the northern cape. The teller informed me that it will R80.24 for overnight service but he cant promise that it will be there on the 1st of September 2015 but it will defnitely be there on the 02nd of September 2015. I accepted the fact that it will take 2 days and pay for my parcel tracking nr TC***za. On (02-09-15) the receiver went with the tracking nr to pick up the parcel and was informed that the parcel will only be in springbok on the 04th september 15 (friday). I phoned the helpline *** to enquire about the overnight service thats now taking one week and they rep**** was that Okiep is an outline area and only receive over night services on wednesdays and fridays. She then told me that the teller was suppose to explain it to me before i sent the parcel. Which i Agreed to because if i had known that it will take one week i was willing to put R20 extra and used couriers thats doing daily trips to Okiep. Or paid normal postage fee and waited 1/2weeks to reach in okiep. I'm very disappointed and unhappy about this and would like a refund on the extra money i spend unnessary
