Southway post office manageress a disgrace to the service industry

Despicable and deplorable service and attitude from the manageress at Southway mall post office. I was seated outside this post office for 2 hours and when I eventually got to the teller the manageress at the till point pointed out that my wife's I'd was not certified. A gentleman from the post office walked outside while I was in the queue and looked at my paperwork and did not tell me that I had to have an original signed and certified copy. It was 5 to 4 when I reached the till point and she had the doors shut. I had to have my wife send a certified copy to OFFICE NET WHO PROMTLY COLOUR COPiED AND PRINTED IT AND WHEN I RETURNED TO THE TILL ONCE AGAIN, THE MANAGERESS JUST SHOVED THE PAPERS BACK TO ME AND SAID THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL, SHE CAN'T HELP ME. I PLEADED WITH HER TO LET ME RETURN THE NEXT DAY WITH THE ORIGINAL AND IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GO STRAIGHT TO HER WHEN I ARRIVED. SHE BLUNTLY REFUSED AND SAID TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY, JOIN ANOTHER QUEUE. AS I LIVE IN AMANZIMTOTI AND HAD TO LEAVE WORK 3 HRS EARLY TO GET MY LICENCE, I AM LEFT COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED BY THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND THE POST OFFICE STAFF BELIEIVE THAT THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOUR. THESE TRANSACTIONS COSTS US A LOT OF MONEY ANNUALLY AND WE SHOULD BE TREATED WITH A LITTLE BIT OF RESPECT AND THE POST OFFICE STAFF, ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERESS SHOULD GO THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP AS IT IS NOT OUR FAULT IF WE ARE NOT PROPERLY INFORMED AS TO WHAT IS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A LICENCE.
