SOUTH AFRICAN RIP OF POST OFFICE

I have order a lot from Temo and other places but was discussed with the south African post Office , i have a Sars import fat and duty chart on electrical goods wat I import and normally it works out 25 % vat and duty's after i pay the courier from temu what normally comes with buffalo logistics door to door . I then order 2 parcels from Alixpress what actually were supposed to send it door to door because you gave your delivery address online before you do a purchase on Alixpress ? i was surprise when they send a notification to say its at the post office via SMS firs package i bought from Alixpress was R36,00 with delivery before vat and duties . After i have been in a long que and card machine not working they say i must pay 125% vat and duty's extra so i paid more then double what i paid for it on line ,then second parcel came and pay for a cellphone screen 70% vat and duty were i was suppose to pay 25% vat and duties Like from TEMU .I send a email to the post office complaining but nothing in response they are ripping us off at the post office counters and we are far better of to buy from Temu in the future and bypass the south African post Office because they thump sucking the vat and duties and rip people of what try to import things what is not available in south Africa ,after i paid the ridiculous Vat and duties ,The Shocker was i got an email after i paid the vat and rip of duties and pick it up by myself from the post office ? its said my Package Received Notification say Your package from AliExpress has been successfully delivered to your shipping home address
