South African Postal Service has completely lost it. Service non-existent.

I have been waiting for a parcel from the UK since November 2023. It arrived in South Africa in mid December 2023, and what do you know, I still have not received my parcel. I have been tracking it, and it goes back and forth numerous times between Durban and Ladysmith KZN. The parcel should be coming to Ladismith WC (that's how it was booked). Do you think it is easy for me to get hold of anyone in the Postal Service to help me? NO! I get through to NO ONE on calls, my emails are ignored and what's best is our Post Office in our town closed down, so how am I supposed to get any help?? I asked my mother who lives in Durban to go see someone at her local post office, she was told last week they would contact her to arrange to make the delivery to her at least so she can send it to me by another means ie. Pudo Locker (something with better service) and no one has even called her. It is just ridiculous. The service of our Postal Service in our country is non-existent and quite pathetic.
