South African Postal Disservice

I ordered an international parcel from China to Cape Town. It has literally taken longer for the parcel to be sent from Johannesburg to Cape Town than it did to get from China to Johannesburg. SA Post Office also has not rep**** to the numerous emails I've sent and they haven't answered a single phone call. I only wish I was given the option to use any other domestic carrier. Walking up to Johannesburg myself would have been quicker. Absolutely disgusted by the incompetence and apathy.
