SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE UNRELIABLE

<p>I put in an order the 2nd of May for a parcel from Cape Town to Upington, made sure all the details were correct and the parcel was scanned the 5th of May. The last time it was scanned and shows on the tracking info was the 6th of May I have gone to the Post Office in Upington atleast 3 times a week, and they kept telling me to wait and check the next day. I asked the sender of the parcel to go to the Post Office in Gordon's Bay where she sent it frm and they simply told her the parcel can't be retrieved. This is unacceptable and how does a parcel just disappear? The Post Office customer care line is of no help nor the Post Office personnel. This is the worst service I have ever gotten, and the first and last time I ever use the Post Office.</p>
