South African post office should just shut down

I can't help but wonder why the South African post office is still open. If it's not the rude who work there not willing to help. It's their lousy services which they fail to deliver. I posted something from Pretoria last week Tuesday to Steynsrus via speed service. It's a week later and the parcel hasn't made it to its destination. The R350 recipients complain they always struggle to get their money. So I really don't understand.
