South African Post Office (Short-sighted Asinine Pathetic Operation)

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE. my parcel was delivered to them on March 14th by DHL ecommerce. I have been phoning them everyday since and someone only picked up the phone today. they cannot find my parcel on their system and says it is due to back log, i must phone again next week. (how long does my parcel need to be there before they realize it is there?) I asked to be transferred to customs. The lady there said she can not help me and put the phone down..... REALLY?!?!
