This is an email I sent to the Post Office Complaints Department on the 24th October 2016 and again on the 26th October regarding ref no:PE ********** 28ZA, to date no response.... The Sender also went to the Post Office on her side and filled in a complaints form, she was told it would take up to 3 weeks to do an investigation and to date nothing... To whom it may concern; The above mentioned reference number was sent to me from Cape Town. I live in Carletonville and I went to pick up the parcel on Saturday the 22/10/16. When I opened the contents it was not what was supposed to be for me. When I contacted the Sender she said she had used 2 flora boxes and had flattened them and sent it. The box I received was a Glodina box. The box that was sent to me has been sealed with celloptape, the box I received had been sealed with Post office tape which leads me to believe that some post office employee swapped the boxes. I received school clothes and shoes which I have left untouched and they do not belong to me and someone has my contents which is clothes, toys and sweets. I do not think that is fair and actually find this behaviour appalling as it is theft. Can you please follow up and revert to me soonest.
