South African Post Office - Parcel stuck at Witspos hub

Parcel number LB***SG was sent out and landed to Witspos hub on 26 June 2019 and got stuck till today, which makes it 6 days now. I can tell from the complaints and compliments ratio that sapo is a sinking ship..had I known that this is the type of service offered I would have opted for alternative shipping from reliable companies since post office is no longer a dedicated service provider that it used to be some years ago. No one is getting back to me on when the parcel will actually be delivered. I am so disappointed.
