South African post office not delivering my parcels

I've been expecting a parcel from China that arrived in South Africa on the 7th of June till to date I haven't received it I've been running to the post office but still I'm getting nothing the post office keeps on promising me that the parcel will be delivered soon but there's parcel till to date I haven't received my parcel where on earth will my parcel be in South Africa I can confirm that this parcel in South Africa but where the parcel is I don't know
