South African Post Office never delivered my parcel after 5 months!

On the 19th of July I have sent a parcel from Port Elizabeth to the Russian Federation. I have done this via surface mail because the woman that helped at the counter said it would take 30 working days to get my parcel delivered. Today is already the first of November and therefore it is going to be six months soon and my grandmother in Russia still did not receive the parcel I send to her. Now it might never reach her. When I check on trackmyparcel.co.za it still says that it is in Capemail and last time it has been scanned was on the fourth of September. This is utterly pathetic since I re**** on the knowledge of an experienced consultant at the SAPO at the Port Elizabeth branch to tell me when my parcel would arrive, however she simply **** blatantly to my face and the parcel still has not arrived. The teller ID of the woman that served is Philani Stout, tracking number CN 003 000 897 ZA. I have also saved my slip as proof. Please what can I do now about the situation? The parcel contains contents that are approximately valued at R1000. Thank you. Regards Val Kudrya
