South African Post Office Motor Vehicle License Renewals

I have tried to register today and as part of the registration process, SAPO must provide a verification code and my preference was an SMS. I have never received the SMS. This is step 1 and they can't get it right. Our Post Office at Honeydew has closed down. SAPO hasn't warned their post box customers that this is going to happen. The notice on the door says go to Northriding or Florida... and online doesn't work. PostNet is expanding!
