South African Post Office J.H.B. Mail Hub

If I could give no stars I would. I have a parcel that arrived in South Africa on 9th April. It is now 30 April and it is still nowhere close to it's destination in Kleinmond. I was told via email that an agent would get back to me, so far nothing. When you call you get told that your call is important to them, which is just a lie, because they never answer. This part of the post office is an embarrassment. Our local post office is amazing, but there are clearly a bunch of people managing the J.H.B. hub that have no idea what customer service means. Lip service is what you will get. They may as well close the Hub. The excuse is always the same, " there is a delay" Well if you know that then hire staff to fix the problem. It's not like we don't have people desperate for jobs in this country. This is just another example of people who just don't care.
