South African Post Office is the worst in the world

South African Post Office is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Firstly I’ve been waiting for a parcel from Germany sent via Deutsche Post on the 18th October 2018. The tracking number hasn’t even been scanned into the country, which means it’s still at customs. I call customer care as the pictures will show you. Was on hold for o we an hour. NO ANSWER!!!! Got cut off. SA will never be what it once was. EVER!!!! Useless SA government!!!!! Wish I could post the pictures of how long I was on the phone with NO ANSWER!!!!!
