South African Post Office is Like Electricity... Non Existent

I don't know why i have to wait over 2 months to get my parcels that arrived in SA in December. I keep asking the seller to extend the order delivery time because SA Post office is taking their time to bring me my parcel. How long does it take parcels to go from JHB to DUR it makes no sense. I don't want to pay anu fee when i get it. because it's ridiculous that i have to wait this long. i pay taxes and their service delivery is appauling.
