SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE IS *********** DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

The Post Office has held my parcel for almost a month now. It took less time for it to reach South Africa from Singapore than it has to reach my door. I keep calling and they keep telling me that the container hasn't even been opened yet. ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS ? The most frustrating thing is that I'm not even being given any type of time frame of when it is they plan on processing and sending it through. SA Post Office should be embarrassed of how *********** their performance has been. I demand some sort of time frame, they owe me that much at least. This is just not on.
