South African Post Office (International Packages)

I ordered a watch from Singapore on the 23rd of August which then got shipped out on the 24th of August and to about 5 days to "Reach destination country" as picked up by my tracking software. it took 3 months, 5 days and a lot of calling and driving to eventually get my parcel (it took a month between the parcel being scanned out of JIMC to it reaching the destination post office)...

I appalled.

i would however like to recognise a SAPO employee by the name of MAUD NGALO who was trying to assist me throughout this period and attended to all my emails promptly and professionally as well as the branch manager of ****arney post office who was very helpful and would call to let me know after they had checked the new load and it was still not there.

the SAPO needs to see to it that they get help and sort out this nonsense.
