South African Post Office, HELP

I ordered a package from China on the 17th of May 2018. It was dispatched from China on the 25th of May and landed in South Africa on the 6th of June 2018.

Today it is the 30th of August 2018, the package has yet to leave the Johannesburg International Mail Centre. That is 12 weeks now since it has landed in South Africa and it is yet to even come to the Durban sorting centre.

I do understand they are under-budgeted and understaffed but 12 weeks... How much longer must we be patient???
